About Me
Hi, I’m Maelin Grace.
If you had met me years ago, you probably wouldn’t recognize the person I am today.
I began struggling at a very young age and spent nearly a decade fighting a battle I never thought I would overcome. Today, at 29 years old and 5 years sober, I can say that recovery gave me so much more than sobriety. It gave me my life, my purpose, and my hope back.
My journey taught me that recovery is about so much more than leaving substances behind. It’s about healing the parts of yourself that were hurting, rebuilding confidence, learning to trust yourself again, and creating a life you are proud to wake up to.
That’s why I created Hope With Grace.
My mission is to walk alongside others who are ready for change and remind them that they are not defined by their past. Through encouragement, recovery coaching, journaling, and personal growth tools, I help others release shame, build self trust, and take steps toward the life they deserve.
I know how lonely addiction can feel. I know what it’s like to struggle at a young age and wonder if things will ever get better. But I also know the power of support, compassion, and believing that a different life is possible.
My hope is that my story reminds you that recovery is possible, healing is real, and your past does not have to determine your future.
I’m so grateful you’re here, and I’m honored to be part of your journey toward hope, healing, and a life filled with purpose.

The first step is often simply pausing and acknowledging that you want change. Start small by journaling, identifying patterns, and seeking gentle guidance. Connecting with supportive resources, like local recovery groups, therapy, or guided journaling, this can help you build a foundation for lasting sobriety.
Recovery is a process, not a single decision. Each attempt teaches you something about your triggers, coping strategies, and strengths. Using structured tools, like daily journaling, affirmations, and grounding practices, helps you develop self-awareness and self-trust so your next attempt has more support and a higher chance of success.
Cravings and intense emotions are normal in recovery. Daily practices like journaling, grounding exercises, and self-compassion affirmations help you observe your feelings without judgment. Creating a personalized routine, leaning on supportive communities, and seeking guidance when needed can reduce overwhelm and give you tools to stay on track.
